This is a really great app. The free plan is very customizable and is a great addition to my website. The design is very clean, professional and easy to use. Their customer service chat is fast and helpful.

I love Arek, helped me really well and wasn't annoying like other regular customer support people. You can only have 100 conversations via the chat each month. I love the multilanguage feature which is perfect for shops that sell in different languages. its a very good app in my opinion with broad customization and good customer support. It helps me with conversion rate because you can give everyone couponcode.

I use this app to help me with customer support. I like that I can communicate with my customers over the phone tidio app on the go. Support is very helpful.

A very well-refined Chatbot and Live Chat solution. I was easily able to set up a very customized flow for our start-up, creating an autonomous self-serve solution within a few hours. Looking forward to even more capabilities as the App continues to develop.

I have been using this app since I started my business and I must tell you that they're very consistent with keeping you in touch with your potential customers. I'd suggest you download its mobile app, desktop version too because you never know when customers may have a question about your products/services.
