Highly recommend to all Shopify-based online store. It's so easy to use and have a very nice and functional dashboard.
Really nice chat format. Worked instantly, no problem. Could not figure out how to log in, but realized I just need to open the app to start the session. Just upgraded to the pro account, to have more features. I am having fun chatting with my customers and seeing who is in my cart.
Great addition to our website and it helps save sales by being able to answer questions our customers have.
I've been testing this app and looks really well done! I like the outlay and smooth flow of it. Definitely recommend it!
