Excellent tool. Easy to install and operate great with quite a few useful options. Really satisfied. One improvement that would be helpful is to allow the chat icon to be moved from its default position on the page by the user (particularly when it overlaps other page content).

Well thought out app, good features and easy to use, great support! I'd love to see some more advanced settings, like limit a certain chat number per operator, choose how customer language is detected, ...

We love this app. My customers use it all the time. It notifies us within a minute that someone is online. It sends us daily reports just in case we missed someone. It is easy to set up, and easy to maintain. If I had one request, it would be to change the alert sounds. I am usually surrounded by machinery and several computers, and sometimes miss the incoming chats due to this dull alert tone. Otherwise I thank you for a fantastic app.

Tidio is DOPE! I love it. I installed it just a few weeks ago and it works so much better than what I had before. I've been able to do some upselling through the chat feature too, which is always great! And I also love that they have an andriod app so I can answer questions from customers on the go. love that!

Overall, 5 stars! :)

They always respond quickly and clearly when we ask some questions to the support center on the chat bot.
