Simply the best! They could do some improvements on the UX, for instance some functions are kind of 'hidden' and not intuitive to find (eg to disable on certain pages you have to find the appearance section and make advanced rules - although this is something everybody should use, because on cart pages the chat icon is over the total price).
However, they are the best! Their customer live chat is available in seconds and the UI of the chat itself is awesome!

Stable, lightweight and good UI One problem is that I can't seem to set exceptions for operating hours and have to disable them fully when it's a public holiday.

with Tidio, i am able to install chat live for my shop and on my iPhone as well, thank you, this is what i am looking for.

Just installed the app and tested it out. Works great and performs well .. and it's FREE! Great support to, had a question, sent it via Chat and someone responded within seconds. Very happy... can't wait to start chatting!
