Great app, it is very easy to setup and easy to use !
The mobile app is also great to check the chat while you're not in front of your computer.

This is such a great app. I am on a free plan because we are also a startup and don't have the kind of fund to upgrade. But, we are already seeing conversions visa this app. Highly recommend it.
