I love tihs app a lot, I can answer my customers questions even when I am doing the groceries hehe
Great app. It sends an email when someone uses the feature. I really like how it is set up. Have had no problems yet with the app.

I use tidio to chat with customers online and it's great! I think it has helped me get back a lot of clients that I might have lost

Everyone should have Tidio! I am not just saying this for no reason at all, it is a chat box that can be utilized any where you are. Even on your desktop! I had Tidio for my store last year then decided to try out the shopify inbox. However, that was a big mistake leaving Tidio as the shopify inbox is experiencing tech problems, and I was unable to communicate with my customers. Thus, I decided to give Tidio another try, and I am so grateful to be able to integrate them once again! My customer rep Martin, is amazing to work with, very knowledgable, and helpful to no end! He is so incredible, I hope he gets a raise! :) Because of his help, I am able to chat with my customers right from my desktop without a browser! How awesome is that!!?? Super appli ! Permet de gérer le service client en direct sur le site, le plan gratuit est suffisant pour un petit site. Leur service client est très à l'écoute et réactif. Je recommande !
I've tried most of the chat apps on Shopify. Tidio Live Chat is by far the best app, with a very fair price point per operator.
The interface is clean, super easy to use, and you can be up in running in less than 2 minutes!
I like the fact that the chat window appears as the business itself, and when an operator joins the customers chat, the chat window changes from 'the business' to the operator.
There are choices from a variety of looks, with tons of customization options, being able to customize your chat however you want or put it on it's own page on your site if you prefer. Knowing what your customers are looking at on your site, or where they may be getting stuck is a sweet feature.
Tidio also has an app for android and ios that performs well. The app has notification options so you can hear new chats or visitors coming in while on the road. I can't stress enough how much of a needed feature that is.
I'm glad I tried this app, and I'm positive you will be too.

Honestly, I think that this is one of the better Chat apps out there. Seamless to use and any issues, the customer support is great, no matter what plan you have. To start it's great and if I need more features they have a lot to offer. Def. recommend for the service alone!
Recently, we've been sincerely impressed with Tidio Support (Olek to be very specific). Earlier, we felt that not able to customize Tidio was quite a deterrent to using this app. We wrote a 1-star review, which Tidio took very seriously (and am impressed with their diligence to reach us). Not only did they help us customize our look, but helped us remove their branding once we could upgrade to the next level. Our website is not yet up, but we are waiting to see Tidio in action. More reviews to come as soon as we see success.
