Easy to use for chats on the go, mobile app works well. There's some automatic chatbot features, like a silly meme, which I didn't want turned on, so be sure to look around at all the initial settings before letting their AI go live.

We are generally happy with Tidio and its integration with Shopify. Setup is straightforward, and the AI features are helpful for handling common customer questions and improving response times.

There are different options, definitely cheaper than Tidio, but honestly, if you integrate everything and set it up right, the amount of things you can do is worth the effort. Its probably not for everybody, but if you do have to offer support for clients, this is a tool you should try.

We're really happy with Tidio. We've been able to streamline all written customer communications through Tidio, including social media and it has been a gamechanger. Also the live chat works seamlessly and the AI is getting very good

If anything, I wish they had more flexible customization settings - having only one color for the chat button, home header area and message bubbles - is rather limiting.

We started using Flows, creating a complex menu and Q&A system, and now we've deployed Lyro AI.
Lyro AI was fairly easy to train using data from our website. With Actions, customers can check the delivery status of their orders. The AI can also communicate in multiple languages, which is important to us.
