Love it!!
Features I needed said updgrade plan or contact us. I did both and still nothing could not access the features. The order tracking did not work at all. Lyro was giving random information that did not match anything it was given even though it was given 30 manual questions and answers and the links to FAQ and more.

Great product, I am on trial now but I find it really easy to set up and use.
Not working at beginning, but these guys live chatted with me and assisted solved the problems shortly, assistance very helpful.
great app and works perfectly in our store. the iPhone app is a nice bonus.
The best and only chat i will use on all of my sites and clients! The chat bots are an absolute game changer IF YOU PUT IN THE WORK TO SET THEM UP WELL, THEY ARE THE MOST VALUABLE ASSET
