Great app! I wish it was a little cheaper for the smaller stores. I am using the communicator plan and it's been great being able to reach out to customers.

En general es una buena aplicación, la conozco desde otras plataformas y funciona bastante bien, me gustaría que los planes de pago fueran un poco más accesibles, pero en general incluso el plan gratuito es bastante completo.

they reply to me within seconds, they fix my problems within seconds too

Looks professional can be downloaded on my laptop, and mobile device
with the 15/m I can have 3 operators so one of us is always alert for our customers at all times.
BOTS:
yes they have bots, a bot can help reply and respond to a customer that needs help in the many basic everyday questions, like product availably, wether we deliver here or there, or even tracking an item, and much more
and it'll always give the customer a button to speak directly to an operator incase the bot cant help in his or her enquiry
Try the app you guys, you get a few days for free what ye got to lose.
