I am using this app to help my customers get immediate customer support, and get answers right away. The bot chats are easy to edit and very useful!

Unfortunately, it stuttered when we have a major sale and we had a lot of traffic on our website. We uninstalled and started using another chat that we love and can handle volume.

So far this app is awesome! I like the array of chatbots, but it is a little difficult to create one on your own.

Very quick implementation, and a chat if you need help as well. Quick and responsive, a great addition to my website.

I had an issue getting the Live Chat and Chatbots to work on my site. I used Tidio's live chat and spoke with a senior developer. He was super knowledgable and spent the time walking me through how to solve the issue. Once I had completed the steps, he tested it all for me and it worked great.
