I use Tidio for live chatting with my customers. It's easy to set up and works smoothly. On top of that Tidio team provided me with very prompt and knowledgeable support when I needed it. Like it very much, so far!

Only just downloaded Tidio 2 days ago, so far it's fantastic! I have to say it was without a doubt by far the easiest set-up out of any app I have used. I couldn't believe how quick it was and how little I had to do (no coding at all, wooo!!). After installing I had a few question about how to set various things up and support were immensely helpful. I was chatting with Mike he was awesome - shout out Mike! There is so much functionality it's crazy. It will be a gradual, process I think to slowly increase what I utilise out of it over time. 10/10 would recommend!

great customer service professionals and also very easy to use and set up! I'd recommend downloading the phone app so that you can stay connected on the go.

Great app to talk to customers and get them involved in your brand!

Quick and easy set up with customisable options. The tech team are 100% on the ball if you have any questions!

Every store should have this.

Great value for the cost! Tidio's chatbot was easy to install and super simple to customize. It integrates seamlessly into our online store, and we get great customer engagement from it. This is my first time setting up a chatbot, but the logic tree was a breeze to finalize. Highly recommend!

The app and support have been wonderful, only complaint is I do find some glitches or confusion when dealing with other sources such as Facebook. But probably just user error, thus no need to take stars off.
