i used this app and i am happy, customer services is very helpfully and friendly also you can get very quick support from them.
You guys are all great - always there when I need you and super helpful. The Tidio chat app has been really beneficial for our business as our customers always have a lot of questions or can be a little shy and like to stay anonymous. It's also perfect for capturing leads while we sleep with the auto-bot. Really love how user-friendly and intuitive it is and have thoroughly enjoyed creating automations. undoubtly the best customer chat service i had ever used and the best is, that you can connect directly under the same app, your facebook customers with your website custoemrs, replying them is so fast and easy that keeps you online answering without the need to be on FB or on your site chat.

I've just installed and set up the Tidio Live Chat and so far it does exactly what it says it does! I think it adds such a personal touch to my store and I can't wait to be able to directly answer any questions my customers have!

Absolutely love this app! I have a small store so for a beginner it's amazing that I can find apps like this that offer a free plan, not to mention it is extremely helpful to boost your sales! Customer support is extremely friendly and helpful as well.
