Tidio Live Chat & AI Chatbots

This is a must have the app, Tidio is Amazing! It’s really seamless and works exactly as advertised. We have been using it for a few weeks now and we have had no problems. Looks like a lot of effort went into making features that actually work. I would definitely recommend this app to anyone on Shopify.

Just installed Tidio Live Chat. Really easy installation. Did not have to edit my theme liquid. It just works. Had a little trouble editing profile but reached out to Tidio through their own live chat. They we on it and helped me right away. Easy to edit profiles once you understand. Thanks Tidio.

The app does exactly what is says it does. Plug and play - it's easy the configuration is very self-intuitive. The design is clean and looks good online unlike other apps.
