Although it took a little bit of back and forth to get it setup exactly how I wanted, I am VERY happy with this app! Their customer service is excellent and respond immediately! If you need help configuring it, just message them and they will walk you through it.
It is easy to understand and set up and if you have a question you can chat with the team. They answer immediately and have resolved your issue in a matter of seconds!

Tidio is definitely the best chat widget tool in shopify app store, at the moment the basic plan is enough for us, we probably will upgrade our plan in the future when we have more staffs. Also many thanks to Chris, he is so kind and helped me solved my problem.

Love this app! It was exactly what we needed and it helps us communicate more with costumers. There is always someone online to help you with setting everything up too! The chatbots are really helpful as well. In the future it would be cool if the costumer could select what category they have a question about and the chatbot could then assign it to the correct operator. For example we have men's and women's clothing and we just re-assign the operator if one gets a question for the other department. Overall super helpful!
