I think this is the best live chat app out there. It's super streamlined and easy to use. It has really helped us up our customer service game.

Great software and integration with Shopify. We had an issue with logging in, which was not on there end, and they rectified it right away and The Live Chat agent was super helpful. This is one of the best platforms, we have used for Live Chat. We Recommend this App Highly.

1) The visitor screen on your website fails to display up-to-date data. Instead, it presents visitors from 12 days ago who are no longer active, providing an inaccurate snapshot of the website's current status.
2) Sorting the monitor list is not an option.
3) The tool does not allow you to track visitors who progress to the checkout stage. Considering these limitations, it may not justify its price.

These guys are nuts - they changed their app Mid-December and eliminated offline messages via email when chat is offline... I missed 109 messages from customers during the holidays when we couldn't handle live chat. We never got any email messages. Who wants to email customers from a limited chat dashboard? Not me...

This app is fantastic. Some of our costumers do not use Facebook or Watsup, for some strange reason, and Tidio is hands off the best solution for live chat communication with them.

Also the costumer support is surprisingly attentive and helpful (talking to you Olek). And the bot making process is quit enjoyable.

I'm really sorry to hear that - this issue is caused by two chats being installed at the same time. One comes from our plugin on Shopify, while the other was installed manually using a JavaScript code. We should be able to fix this for you within a few minutes. Olek - Tidio.

Really great App. Easy to set up and easy to use. I like that I get noticed when a user is entering the site and I can even follow which pages he is checking.
