Fantastic. Does exactly what it's supposed to. Took less than 2 minutes to set up, and the support via chat (lol) is fantastic. We're knew to Live Chat; this is making it very efficient and easy for us.

Excellent and responsive customer service. I had an issue with my site associating with the wrong email. Arturo in live chat patiently and professionally assisted me in resolving the issue. I really appreciate a knowledgeable tech person and a resolution on the spot. In addition, the chatbot is quick to set up with many powerful features.
