This is a great app. I even saved a sale on the first day of using the app
I have just set up this app and was surprised at what it can do to support my business. I had one issue which I created when I first started. I contacted support and Rafal was online at once and provided the solution for me.
So far I like what I am testing.
I have more than 1 store and created multiple accounts and not able to manage those as 1 person needs to handle all the chats. I contacted Tidio customer service and they helped me to install one chat account to all websites and it save my life. Highly recommend to use this app!!!

J'utilise TIDIO tous les jours sur mes sites de vente en ligne. J'en suis très satisfait je le recommande, il est facile d'accès et très pertinent. Il me perd de rester en ligne avec mes clients.
