Good so far, a bit slow from time to time, great IOS app feature.
still way more to learn about it
Awesome app - you can get in touch with visitors to your store live! It is awesome interaction! I would recommend this app. Its free version is good for up to 3 conversations at a time. This is why I give it a 4 star.

I havent tried the app software as i just installed it but customer service is awesome. I hope that the software is as great as there customer service.
great app. Easy to use, great function and real time support. Would be great if there were more options for smaller businesses as some of the upgrades are costly but would be of benefit.

Only been using it a couple days so far, but the ease of installation, and added customer service feature, really makes me feel better about our store. The customization is also simple and thorough. As returning customers, and even new ones file in, it's gonna be interesting how they'll make use of the added feature

Good quality chat app, both via desktop and phone app. Pretty happy with features and function, but currently trying another app that offers more advanced features in free option.
1. I am new to them, but they have a small dynamic video to facilitate beginners to use the app. Personally, I think it is a worthwhile choice for businesses and stores.
2. when looking for help from customer service personnel, there are many buttons to choose. It seems very detailed, but as an inquirer, I may prefer to get a direct answer or solution, which makes it easier to communicate with the consultant. Even if you can solve the problem by constantly clicking the button, you still feel that it is a waste of time (this article is only for me). Fortunately, their customer service staff responded very promptly, so overall it was pretty good.

EDIT: The guys at Tidio have kindly help put in place a block for all the countries that have been spamming. This has worked a charm.
Installed the app and has been working absolutely fine - no complaints at all. Unfortunately, within minutes, i was being spammed by countless dodgy marketers (90% from Nigeria) and there was no way for me to stop or block the country from messaging me. I was constantly having to "ban" each user, which became tedious and a huge waste of my time. I chatted to the support staff at Tidio and they told me they had no plans in place to prevent this kind of spam. This has, in turn, made an incredibly good app unusable for me. Hopefully the dev team will look into a way to stop this kind of spam so that we can use the app as it should be.
Installed & tested it for EEZITEC.com & so far so good! Will update this review as necessary but works very well thus far!
Great app to communicate with customers. Gives you a lot of helpful information about the customer (location, cart, etc.) and is customisable to a great extent. Unfortunately, some features just turn off when the free trial period is over without knowing that they will (we thought only the number of admins will go down to one).
