I have been using this app since I started my business and I must tell you that they're very consistent with keeping you in touch with your potential customers. I'd suggest you download its mobile app, desktop version too because you never know when customers may have a question about your products/services.

Great app that gives you a lot of insight into how to serve customers digitally. They have very fast, capable help agents on their live chat as well. Love being able to track customer's browsing history, initiate conversations, and integrate social media.

I really like this app. Amazing dashboard. Every is easy and looks really cool. It has one minor flaw though - it doesnt have multilingual dynamic translation. For me being an EU merchant - it is vital that the chat translate any language while chatting. Meaning - I type in English - customer translate in e.g. Spanish. Spanish is translated to English and English back to Spanish live and dynamically. If this is not an issue for you - then Tidio is perfect and highly recommended.

I'm currently on the free plan. This app is great, it's easy to set up, and I love that I can use it to interact with my customers via the app on my iPhone. It's a must!

So far this app goes beyond our expectations. We´re really happy working with it. It´s a jewel. And we´re also very impressed by Tidio´s support team, all questions are answered fast and these guys are very friendly and professional. It is not that we have stumbled across any trouble with the app, just base knowledge general questions and these guys have been there to assist us and help us with everything we have needed. So far, great app.

I have more than 1 store and created multiple accounts and not able to manage those as 1 person needs to handle all the chats. I contacted Tidio customer service and they helped me to install one chat account to all websites and it save my life. Highly recommend to use this app!!!

Great app - really drives potential customer engagement. I am currently on the free plan, but will be upgrading to paid plans soon.

I love Tidio Chat. I use it on two different stores, and couldn't be happier with the product, customizable features, and the customer service of the staff running the app.

I do however have a request that there be an integration made between Tidio and Slack. That would be amazing, seriously!
