I used this App for about 3 months. I quit because I was being spammed chatted none stop with this app. I uninstalled and started using Shopify Inbox until I find another option. BUT they must write to your code because I have a bigger problem now. The chat calls ring in as from 'TIDO' and it won't let me answer them because the app isn't installed. SO I am missing customer chats and this is hurting my business. Tried to call support and their phone isn't working right now. Their uninstall should remove them completely! I need HELP to fix this

We, unfortunately, do not have control over the traffic on your website, and the level of it largely depends on your website's visitors. However, we offer several solutions to help you manage and filter interactions through the Tidio widget, which we'll gladly help you to set up.

I'm still early using Tidio but so far it has been great. They also reset my chatbot quota because I ended up triggering a ton with my own testing.

We've only had but a month. So far set up has been simple. We like that the chat disappears when we are not available. The AI component seems like it will be extremely helpful. When we did have to troubleshoot an issue, support quickly responded and solved the issue.
1) The visitor screen on your website fails to display up-to-date data. Instead, it presents visitors from 12 days ago who are no longer active, providing an inaccurate snapshot of the website's current status.
2) Sorting the monitor list is not an option.
3) The tool does not allow you to track visitors who progress to the checkout stage. Considering these limitations, it may not justify its price.

Best chatbot I have used. For someone who is unemployed, this has helped me a lot.
Good chat app that needs a lot of refining done. Some issues I had are below
-admin counts as a seat even if they never respond to customer chats
-email ticketing aren't the most user friendly thing for customers
-It cost a monthly payment to remove branding
-The notifications for the chats is quiet and a single sound making them easy to miss
-Permissions are broken allowing staff to delete tickets without permission
-No ability to export tickets/chats making it hard to migrate away
-No way to enforce security settings on agent account
I used Tidio chat two years ago and have come back again. It is now my go-to chat app for my customers on Shopify.
