amazing app, very easy to use, now i can talk to my visitors as soon as they come to my store. Helps increase sales as you give visitors a code upon arrival on your site
I needed some help in setting up a couple of chat automations and found Martin really helpful. He was quick & efficient in sorting out my query. This app has helped my website & I would recommend it to other businesses.
Really good!! Customer service guys are really helpful. Easy to use. It does everything we need all in one app, live chat, autobots, automated discount, abandoned cart and customer order tracking, much better than having to use various app. Im sure it can do more but we have only just started using it. Can not fault it so far!!

We have a gift card exchange and have been able to gain the trust of many more visitors by being able to respond live to their questions, resulting in more (larger) sales. We suspect even de possibility of performing a live chat increased trust and conversion rate.
The software itself is intuitive and easy to use. We like the possibility to hand over conversations to another operator, the standard "quick responses" and the integrations (chrome, desktop).
I've only had this app installed for about a week, but I can already say it's a top-notch product with EXCELLENT customer service. I had multiple questions over the past few days and the message team was always quick to help explain. And when I asked about a feature they didn't have yet, they asked for a lot of details and promptly forwarded my idea on to their developers. I really like that you can customize the look of your message box to help with brand awareness. We've already had multiple messages come in from customers via the live chat. I have nothing negative to say!
