Hi, I was helped by Tidio's chatbot very effectively and speedily. I am very greatful for the support!
19-06-25: Now I am not happy any more. One can never chat with a human advisor on Tidio. When encountering a real problem, like a feature that is supposed to work, but isn't, the bot runs quickly out of options and then you are "ticketed" for an email by a real person. I will probably have to wait for days now to get an answer. Email responses are too slow...

It's a really poor design and user experience. They really just want to upsell you to pay for the premium rate, which is so expensive. It's basically impossible to use without that. I tried, paid, and canceled.

I have been using since 2019. Worked well no complains. They kept increasing prices. I have to say i will stop using the app.
