Saving us lots of time in handling low-effort customer questions.

The only thing I could ask for is more reasonable pricing. I don't need that many smart AI chats since our customers' questions need only low effort to handle. But would prefer AI to interfere after a few automatic flow interactions. We didn't have many chances to try out the full capacity of Lyro AI after the quota is ran out on simple customer questions.

Love having all messages in one place! Makes our support much more streamlined. Although, I wish spam was filtered out a bit better, and Messanger messages could be replied to after the current window allows.

The current time window for responding sadly is a restriction set by Meta (Facebook), and it applies across all platforms, not just Tidio.

As for spam filtering, we always aim to strike the right balance so no important messages get flagged incorrectly. That said, we’ve reached out to learn more about your experience and see if we can improve things on your end.

So far, I'm really liking the app. I'm using Tidio on two different stores one for an e-commerce and one for a teaching website. Their training model is the best that I found so far, perhaps not quite as intuitive as a ChatGPT but that said they do get pretty granular so I like that. I think that ticket system could be improved, but I don't need it for that. I'm really only here for the chat bot capabilities, and also the integration with the Shopify environment.

Tidio ha sido una excelente incorporación para nuestra tienda online tendencias gourmet. Cuando hemos requerido ayuda el equipo de soporte siempre actua de manera rápida y ayuda. Ahora queremos ver como implementar mejor la IA para el proceso de atencion clientes y seguir experimentando con los flows. Si me gustaria contar con mas data exportable para analisis customizados, sin embargo la recomiendo.

However, setting up automated flows and AI responses has been more complex than expected. The learning curve is steep, and some features feel buried or unintuitive. With clearer guidance and more streamlined setup tools, this could easily be a 5-star platform. Still, it’s a strong option for businesses looking to enhance their customer support.

Good overall. A bit pricey for AI Chat conversations. Backend settings is robust and has many features to dial in your website chat capabilities.

Very easy to set up and get started. The interface is intuitive, especially for smaller teams or non-technical users. While it covers most of the basics well, there are some limitations once you try to scale or customize more advanced workflows.
