We've been using Tidio for few months and I have to tell you... This is a "must have app". A lot of cool features and an excellent support team. I had an issue during the upgrade process (my fault) and they were fast to respond and solve my problem.

I really love this product, been using it for over 12 months and it's excellent!!
The support is instant and they are willing to mould the Live Chat to suit any website.
Tidio chat works on all my platforms, Wix, shopify and my mobile app.
There mobile and PC apps are great too.
Amazing app. Great costumer service and the chatbots are just increddibile. HIghly recommencded to use them and not only the chat.

This live chat function has definitely been a great addition to my site. Been able to close sales instantly on the chat. Olek is super helpful too.
