From our use on our store, I enjoy it because I can respond quicker to messages and give our customers the best support as fast as possible because most customers do not want to take the time to email or call these days.

This has been a great tool for our business, offering a wide range of useful features and resources. We primarily use it for the chatbot, and it has performed really well in that area. The only reason I’m giving it a 4 instead of a 5 is that the ticketing interface could be improved. Aside from that, it’s been a very positive experience overall

We are generally happy with Tidio and its integration with Shopify. Setup is straightforward, and the AI features are helpful for handling common customer questions and improving response times.
There is still room for improvement, particularly in making AI responses more flexible and improving customization options for automation. Overall, it is a reliable customer support app with strong potential.

So far, I'm really liking the app. I'm using Tidio on two different stores one for an e-commerce and one for a teaching website. Their training model is the best that I found so far, perhaps not quite as intuitive as a ChatGPT but that said they do get pretty granular so I like that. I think that ticket system could be improved, but I don't need it for that. I'm really only here for the chat bot capabilities, and also the integration with the Shopify environment.
