The system is a mess. The app was double installed or something and causes us not able to receive the message from customer. We missed the data /message of the customers.
And Tidio customer service looks busy or they simply ask AI to handle the issues (which is not working).

We've been using Tidio at The Fire Alarm Supplier, and it has been a great addition to our store. The AI chatbot answers common customer questions instantly, which saves our team a lot of time and helps customers get answers even outside business hours. The live chat is easy to use, and the Shopify integration was quick and simple. We've seen faster response times and a better customer experience. Highly recommended for any Shopify store looking to improve customer support.
