I used this app and it is so helpfull just because of there fast support and easy to use app. Amazing app. These guys are professional and know what they are doing. Our previous tiktok pixel is tracking all sorts of wrong data. We had the Omega FB Pixel first and then decided to try their Tiktok pixel too, and oh mine, it's great!

Incredible customer support, more importantly than speed they put in effort to help resolve any issues or concerns. Multiple team members at "Omega - Multiple TikTok Pixels" in particular "Lynn" they have helped up multiple times and incredibly fast too! 100% recommend particularly to anyone who has been having issues with multiple pixels, tracking issues, things like that! For the longest time, I was struggling to connect my Shopify pixel to TikTok Ads and unfortunately, doing it automatically wasn't an option, as our e-commerce is based outside of the supported countries.

Having some tracking issues with the app right now, which hopefully get solved soon. Nevertheless I can say that support is very gentle and really tries to help. Tracy is one of the best customer support guys I have ever been in contact with. Immediately messages when there is an update with the devs and always tries to help and look one step further.

Great app - super easy to make a catalog. and fantastic customer support!! had a few issues with the pixel not picking up some data and the team was quite responsive constantly followed up to ensure that everything was working smoothly.

The app is amazing if you want to run 2 products on TikTok. The setup can be a bit technical but the support team truly stands out.
