My TikTok pixel tracking was not good, after this app it works. It was a hassle to install at first, but Tracy from the technical team helped me very well with installation. First few days Tracy also helped me check if everything is tracking now. Overall a good app and good service!

I just started the installation, I don't know if it works or not, but the installation is very simple, it supports API, and there is data in the comments.

Suppor did a great job helping me through my user error. Explained everything in great detail and I was able to use multiple pixels across different sites all within the same ad account. The Shopify setup only limits you to 1 business account connected to 1 store. This forces you to set up a new Business Manager for each website which isn't ideal.

Would give zero stars if I could.
Omega developers offered to help install the code as tracking wasn't working properly. We asked for specific times that any changes would be made so that we could immediately test as to make sure there was no impact on customers.
They agreed, then ignored this, making the change during the middle of the night and only informing us after the change had been made. The exact opposite of what was agreed. The result was that the code interrupted customers ability to add to basket and we were unable to take any orders until code was reverted. Cost us thousands of £.
Would not recommend, at all.
