Apart from the usual sign in issues across all social media platforms I find TikTok Ads creator to be ahead of its time. TiKToK is fast and easy to use. Step by step configuration steps with brief to the point notes, would be a game changer for the newbies. But Overall its an amazing Platform

بہت اچھی ایپ ہے، Shopify کے ساتھ TikTok کو integrate کرنا کافی آسان ہو جاتا ہے۔ Product catalog sync اور TikTok Shop کے ساتھ direct connection کی سہولت بہت مفید ہے، جس سے وقت کی کافی بچت ہوتی ہے۔ Ads Manager کے ساتھ integration بھی سیدھا سادہ ہے اور campaign تخلیق کرنا آسان بنا دیتا ہے۔ کبھی کبھار setup کے دوران چھوٹے مسائل آتے ہیں لیکن overall تجربہ مثبت رہا ہے اور یہ ای کامرس اسٹورز کے لیے TikTok پر فروخت بڑھانے کا ایک بہترین ٹول ہے۔ Recommend کرتا ہوں ان تمام لوگوں کو جو TikTok پر اپنا بزنس گروتھ دینا چاہتے ہیں۔

i was confused at first with the 5 different sectors of TikTok...but after some clarification, i appreciated how they all integrate with each other for a well-rounded platform

Leider wird bei dieser App das gesamte Inventar synchronisiert. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit einzelne Artikel anzubieten.
Das ist bei unserem Shop (über 1.000 Artikel bzw. Varianten) eine Katastrophe.
Es ist sehr schade, dass hier keine einfachere Lösung möglich ist.
Der Support kann leider auch nicht helfen.

Wenn ich null Sterne vergeben könnte, würde ich auch null geben.
Die Synchronisierung funktioniert nur selten.
Weder die Sendungsnummern, noch die regelmäßige Synchronisierung einzelner Produkte funktioniert.

Der Support meldet sich nicht zurück. Es ist eine reine Katastrophe.
Die TikTok App liefert auch bei TikTok Bestellungen nur die Lieferadresse und keine Rechnungsadresse, wodurch alle, die mit Lexware arbeiten Rechnungen ohne Umsatzsteuer ausgestellt bekommen.

Das QM für die TikTok App hat vollkommen versagt.

Tiktok cancelled all the orders and refunded the money to the buyers even though it was fulfilled via Shopify. I got a violation and they deactivated my account. After several tries of submitting appeal with clear evidence and talking to their agent, they decided to create a ticket for me. But then, after few days, everything was erased; all past orders, appeals, evidence, everything. Like it is a new store. It is very sketchy that they can just do that and also not return the money. I absorbed all the loses and it is frustrating for a small business.

I am extremely unfamiliar with TikTok, but I seem to have managed to set up the business account. This was a continuation from the other day. When I continued tonight, I saw that some of my products have already been approved for sale on TikTok, so I am extremely grateful that this was a pretty pain-free process.

Impossible de synchroniser les images à la suite de modifications dans Shopify. Tiktok reste avec les anciens visuels des produits et il faut tout modifier manuellement... c'est fastidieux
