Shopify is great, very intuitive and relatively easy to navigate and connecting it to a TikTok shop is relatively easy. TikTok Shop is very frustrating at times. The process of accepting orders and printing shipping labels is straight foreword but TikTok as a platform seems to hold more bearing in their buyers than their sellers. Buyer initiated refunds and returns are accepted and processed automatically with what feels like little regard from the Seller. Customer Service leaves much to desire. Any explanation of violations you might encounter and why they were applied are non-existent and it seems appeals of violations fall on deaf ears. Its unfortunate that is it such an effective way to get your products in front of possible consumers, as long as you color within the vague lines TikTok has set. Good Luck.

avoid tiktok shop, their customer support is terrible.
syncing products fails because tiktok doesn't support the same categories that shopify does.

random products fall into prohibited or restricted. and the appeal process doens't work.

save yourself the time and avoid using tiktok.

The app is useless. They canceled an order that was already at the customer's door.
Their customer support is useless.
They provided free shipping at the store without my authorization.

Worst experience. The app isnt working properly. Got "network error" multiple times. Tried to send a complaint ticket multiple times but it is not easy to find information about how to send a ticket. The tik tok for business isnt easy to set up, and customer support is non existent. Never got a reply on my first complaint. I bought a small amount of coins just to test something out. My account got suspended shortly after and I havent even got as far as making an ad campaign..

Doesn't sync - support are no help at all.

Perdita di tempo, dopo una settimana di lavoro non riesco a decidere il mercato dove voglio io , per vender in America deve per forza trasferirsi li.
impossibile mi sento preso per il cu llooo . ho 4 paese da scegliere per il mercato in base alla posizione dove sono connesso!!!!! Ma io sono in vacanza in Africa ... insomma disinstallo subito Prima di diventare matto

Gave me the option to upload Credit for my ad account during setup while its pending approval....... took my money then denied my account. no email , no reason Nothing SCAM!

Registration takes too long and has bugs at every step. Moreover, customer support is not responsive. I'm talking about 30 days waiting without answer or progress.

its suppose to direct buying customers and its just taking money no customers are coming or buying. I'm losing my money what a waste
