La synchronisation s'est juste arreté. Je n'arrive plus à ouvrir l'plication tiktok sur mon compte shopify. Le problème n'est pas identifié. Je ne sais pas quoi faire.

However, the campaign was not applied, so I inquired about it and the answer was that the campaign ended the day before I started the ad. every step of the way was a nightmare. had to reverify my phone number EVERY SINGLE TIME i entered any information. Entered my name?=phone# verify, enter my birthday?=phone# verify, ENTER MY PHONE NUMBER??=PHONE# VERIFY DENIED!!!!! TOO MANY ATTEMPTS??????? If you seen any sort of testimonial to the ease of using tiktok and shopify together, they lied!!

Tiktok is an amazing app with lots of fun and discoveries so i intend to get to enjoy its amenities

Ad account randomly stop spending. Tiktok is very inconsistent as a marketing channel. Always glitces or has issues and its hard to get it resolved quickly.
