App keeps disconnecting the pixel which means it stops tracking, it doesn't have a "select pixel" option instead it make us create a new one every time it gets disconnected then we can select the right one.

Kind of annoying

The application is not working properly as it does not SYNC with your seller account... hence either you enter all manually on the Tiktok Shop seller account or you can say goodbye to your money. Inefficient customer support.

The integration with Shopify was confusing.

This could be better an easier to set up tik tok shop. This needs a better way to connect with Shopify stores.

It’s pretty good but I don’t like how it looks like the the screen is frozen but really you just have to turn you phone sideways

I don't have an answer for this as of yet until I see results
