There support who lives literally 1 block away from my business, took MONTHS to just send me automated emails. I stopped bothering with tiktok, abysmal service

Good but tiktok ads manager linking is very bad

Tiktok app wont let me move past the configuration step. Tried support and even that wont let me submit a ticket. Riddled with errors.

Needs more detailed instruction links to make it more user friendly. Customers don't automatically know what they need to do at any given point if the signup or what information they need to put in the area boxes. Can be confusing and needs more links for educational purposes.

Had to register my business name properly through ASIC (I'm a sole trader) but after doing that it took a couple of minutes to setup.
