Incredible customer service. The single best experience I've had with any app. Chat response was immediate, and they fixed a badge display issue on my theme without having store access. They even saw that I had a theme-added "In Stock, Ready to Ship" line added on my product page and that it might be confusing during pre-order. They said it looked nice and hid it when the pre-order was activated instead of me having to remove it. App does everything that I want it to do.

L'appli répond parfaitement à mes attentes à ce stade, ultra facile à paramétrer sans toucher au design du site. Le service client est vraiment top, on vous répond vite et on vous fait même du sur mesure sur des demandes techniques. Continuez comme ça les gars !

Amazing app, we had so much trouble with other pre-order apps and this one fixed it all. Amazing support, helped us within minutes!
This app is great. I added around 5-6 pre-order apps and none of them are as good or slick as this one.
I cant emphasise this enough - if you are looking for a pre-order app, ignore the other ones in the shopify store, this is the best one. The cherry on top is the customer service by Andrei - absolutely fantastic, he even helped clear my site of old code left by the other pre-order apps.

Aplicația este dezvoltată de români, da, și e chiar foarte bună! Face exact ce promite și fără prea mari bătăi de cap. Dacă aveți nevoie de ajutor sau customizări, Andrei e mereu la dispoziția voastră. Am rămas plăcut surprinși și vom continua să folosim aplicația! And for our english speaking friends, this app is simple, awesome, and delivers what promises. You should definitely use it!!

Fantastic Customer Service. Within 1 Minute my issue was solved and we got the App to work. Again, Brilliant Service
