A very practical app, all functions are very easy to use, and it adapts very well to other apps. The customer service is great and they always solve all my problems promptly.

I am very new with setting up a shop and all that goes along with it. I was easily able to add my products on my own and then had the onboarding session which was super helpful in navigating the app and learning about some better ways to serve my customers. I want to thank Timesact on boarding for their patient of helping me set up my account. It was quick and easy setup. Im not tek savvy but they made it easy and fun. Thanks again I cant wait to start on boarding products.

These guys rock! I had a couple of instances where installing other apps interfered with theirs and they fixed it within a few hours. My latest incident was caused by an upgrade in my theme and they took care of it in less than 30 minutes. Best of all, they fixed another issue I had and that was totally unrelated to their app.

Awesome app, I've been using it for half a year and the devs continue to add new features. The sliding pricing model is great so that you only pay for what you need and the onboarding call was very helpful, although I did it many months later! Highly recommended for pre-order + OOS notifications.
