I chose Timesact because it seemed very complete and perfectly aligned with what I had in mind - especially the separate carts when mixing in-stock items and pre-orders, which is incredibly convenient.

What truly convinced me, though, was the support. I had a setup call with their team and they helped me adjust everything quickly and efficiently. Super responsive, clear explanations, and real help - not just generic answers.
