Timesact starts charging once you have used up the 10 free pre-orders, which is understandable. After all, every business needs to generate revenue to keep running. The price after the free plan is reasonable compared to other apps out there offering similar functions. The bottom line is, if you are looking for an app that handles pre-orders, back-in-stock notifications, etc., I would strongly recommend Timesact.
