Great app! I used it for a pre order I had on some of my polo shirts. I couldnt figure out a few things, but Andrei was great, he sent me a video of how to fix it, and it worked perfectly. Would highly recommend Timesact Discount Pre order app for your store

Very easy and detailed onboarding with Jonathan. Helped me setup everything that I needed and more! Great patience and calm.
I just finished my setup call with Pam with Timesact (Preorder). I can't even begin to explain the top notch customer service I received along with the extended guided call. Pam went above and beyond for me. Our call that was supposed to be 30 minutes went almost 1.5 hours. She answered every one of my questions and more and was willing to go the extra mile to help me figure out what I needed to make the setup a breeze. If you are not using this app, START TODAY!!!! I will update in a few weeks how it is going, but so far the beginning of the process has been truly amazing!
