The customer service for this app has been fabulous. Andrei was able to do a customized upload for me and left me with a video to instruct me on future changes. I wish more apps customer service took this much individual care.

Great app and great support! We installed a few others and found all the other solutions very limiting, where this one allows us to have multiple options like custom order, back order, and pre-order. During the initial setup we noticed a few issues where the content wasn't being displayed as expected, likely due to the niche theme we use, and their team was able to solve all our issues in like 20min.

Great app that does everything I hoped it would. HIGHLY recommend signing up for an onboarding session --- not sure I could have figured out all the functionality without it.

The onboarding process was really informative and detailed. I feel confident about setting up my products for Pre-Order and Restock. Also, I appreciate that there are tutorials that I can refer to if I need help in the future.

I am writing this immediately after having taken advantage of my free video chat with Johnathan to help me set things up. I had a bit of a unique situation that he was extremely helpful in assisting me with navigating, even venturing out into an entirely unrelated app as it needed to interface with Timesact. Over the course of an hour he very thoroughly explained each one of my options and was extremely patient in repeating himself when I did not understand something the first time. The app itself seems to function precisely as I need it to and the backend offers a lot of flexibility when it comes to payment and any other factor you can think of. In my experience so far, I would highly recommend this very thoroughly designed app for functionality of course but also because I have not thus far received customer support at such a high level from any other app I have used. Perfect onboarding session with June. It was incredibly helpful to have to onboarding session. I thought I know how to use the app properly and yes for the start it was good but June helped me to get all of the potential out of it. Thank you so much!

This app works beautifully and the support is amazing! I was able to set up pre-sell for items, limit the amount of pre-sales per SKU, and customize the verbiage for the "add to cart" button. I had a few questions when first installing the program and support was fast and got what I needed done quickly. This has been one of the most seamless and positive app experiences I've had in Shopify!

We're in a mad rush to launch our shop and have some items for pre-order so installed timesact. Since our site is highly customised we had an issue getting the right colour for the "ribbon badge" on the products. Contacted timesact support and got a reply in 10 minutes. We granted collaborator access and Princess from support sorted the customisation straight away! Very pleased with the customer service and the app overall is really easy to use.

My onboarding was great! This app is so user friendly has everything I was looking for for my online shop!
