The app is very easy to use. Integrated seamlessly with our Shopify store. I needed some assistance figuring things out so I set up a call with their support team. The developers on the guided set up call are great in showing you how to get the most out of the app. We now use this app to communicate with customers when items are going to arrive back in stock and allow them to place orders beforehand.

Look its a great app but its a bit expensive when you start get to the higher levels.
