app is easy to use and the support team is very quick on resolving my issue

I used this app to set up the pre-orders for the launch of my mental health fashion brand. It was very easy to do and I was happy with the outcome. It would be great if the app could offer partial payments and banners on the collection pages for products but I have been told this is coming in Q1 2022 which is good to hear

The app is very simple to use with clear settings and product variant filter, which I could not find on other apps which only filter on product instead of variants. The development team proactivity is excellent as they were able to provide support and resolve an issue in less than an hour.

The app works brilliantly and is very easy to setup and use.
My theme had a lot of customisations in it so by default one aspect of the app did not work. This was the 'Pre Order' badge on the product images. I reached out to support about this and within 1 hour all was fixed. The response time was amazing and the easy laid back nature of getting the task done by Miezty was a joy and very encouraging. I would highly recommend this app for anybody. Great work Miezty and Timesact.

The app told me some special coding was needed. I sent a message regarding this and within 12 hrs it was done. The customer service was fast, thorough, and personal. Great experience!

I needed an app to list book titles for preorder on my site. I tried a competitor first and the outcome was ok but not perfect. I then stumbled upon Timesact and gave it a shot. Andrei gave GREAT customer service, did the coding so that the Pre-Order button could populate on ALL my web pages (HOME, COLLECTION, PREORDER) and even gave me the specific color for button (which I found out is called HEX CODE) that I requested. Per my request, he also added the Pre-Order LABEL on product. The end result is beautiful! I could not be more pleased.

First time using the app, the preorder banner wasn't showing up in our shop. A quick email to their support and they had it up and working right in a very timely manner. Very fast and very professional. They knew what they were doing and wont have to do it again, fixed it so when we run any preorders it will always work. Thank you
