Timesact is an extremely useful app and applicable to so many business models— I found it especially helpful for my own. I look forward to continue using it for the upcoming 2022 holiday season. Although learning the app was easy enough, I really enjoyed taking advantage of their free onboarding meeting. June & Andrei were great at making me feel comfortable, asking me questions all while teaching me everything there is to know about the app's useful features and how it can help me build a better platform for my customers. 10/10
Easy to use! Customer support was amazing and super quick as resolving my matters. I tried all the pre-order apps and this was by far the easiest and fastest to set-up, and the best customer service.
I couldn't ask for a better onboarding! They were all knowledgeable about the product and very friendly too when explaining the new changes in Timesact. Keep up the good work guys!
I had an issue with the way buttons were showing up on my product page and customer support jumped right in and solved my problem. I’ve enjoyed having this app be apart of my store and grateful for the amazing support!
Cette application pour les précommandes marche nickel, présente bien les choses, est jolie, et s'intègre bien avec notre thème (empire). Andrei a été super réactif pour réaliser les petits ajustements nécessaires et continue d'ajouter des fonctionnalités.

L'application est top ! Simple d'utilisation et à un tarif progressif très abordable. Facile à paramétrer, parfaitement intégrée à Shopify. Le support client est aussi très réactif et résout les petits problèmes éventuels très rapidement. Je recommande !
