App and support team are great overall. I have a lot of custom pages on my website and needed a lot of custom features that were easily resolved by Andrei from their support team. If you need features that are not immediately answered by the app definitely reach out to their support and they will help you out.

I used this app for my pre-order items and it's working great for my website. Customer support is excellent.

I needed to get this up and running quickly. I tried for a few minutes but ran into a problem with my logo. I went ahead and booked a meeting via their Calendly link. I should have done that at the beginning! June immediately jumped in and explained things so clearly. It helped me get everything up and running in under an hour. I wish all customer service were this helpful! We could accomplish so much if everyone were like June at Timesact! June, you rock! Thank you for your time! AMAZING customer service! I went viral all of a sudden and the onboarding talk chat was an absolute Life saver! I had no idea about this app, but I am so glad I found it and use it now.
