I have tried a few pre order apps for my company and the service that timesact provides is bar none. Even with a busy time of year it is imperative for growing businesses to place ourselves in positions to successful and the staff at timesact helped with a very time sensitive issue. Worth the cost. I added this app to help with out of stock issues as we are constantly selling out once restocks arrive and then we will be out of stock for another month which is obviously not great. This app has helped out so much as we are still making sales with out of stock items while we wait for new stock to arrive in - this is GREAT for cashflow. I had a problem with the add to cart button not displaying as pre-sale, however customer support was able to fix this for me. This is a great app and I highly recommend it

I really like this app! Very easy navigation, very user-friendly interface and the most important application does not require special skills and knowledge. I have tried several apps but this is the only one I think is the best! As a designer, it's very important for me that all applications are easy to use because I can't spend a lot of time learning an application. I was looking for an application that would not interfere with my work, but just help me to work, and this application completely meets my requirements! Also special thanks to technical support for quick answers and help! Surprisingly, the guys can solve any problem in a few minutes.
