I recently started using Timesact, and it has been a lifesaver for managing pre-orders. In addition to that, I also use In-stock. The customer service team is exceptional and super responsive, which has made my experience using this app even better. I'm glad I found Timesact. Highly recommended!

TimesAct's Pre-Order app was exactly the solution we needed when launching a new product and allowing people to pre-order it. Setup was easy and their customer support (Jonathan) was excellent when I reached out with questions.
Very helpful and supportive as I began my stores journey. Would definitely recommend those starting with pre-orders book an initial consult, as they walk you through things on how to best use the platform.
Easy to install on our Shopify website, and customer service was able to respond and action an issue with the Selling Plan Description appearing on product page within a day. Also able to offer pre-order on select variants, which other pre-order apps were unable to do.

Fast, Reliable and Awesome customer service! The program had a few glitches with my store's theme, but they re-programmed some things on the backend and followed-up with me to make sure everything was working. They even made more tweaks after I told them it was pretty much fixed...above and beyond service :)
