Easy to install (and we tried another app first). Customer service from the founder has been seamless, informative and proactive. Plus everything we want from 1) branding; 2) banner on our products; 3) email drip were in place within 1 day.
Great app, works like magic on my site and it looks professional. Also, wonderful support. I got help straight away with my issue.

My tutorial session with Rommel was fantastic! He was very polite, very knowledgeable and great help!
I learnt so much about the app and its features. He really took his time to explain everything to me and kept checking if there was anything else I needed. I felt very comfortable asking questions.
To sum things up he was amazing and a pleasure to speak with!
It was working within minutes after installation. I have reached out to customer support to add a pre-order product badge and it was resolved quickly. They even did extra clean-up in the code of previously installed apps! Excellent and I would definitely recommend Timesact App!

I find Timesact very simple to use with clean and easy to understand interface. Started using this app after having too many technical problems with 3 other competitor apps we've been using. Every question I had was answered within the hour- highly recommended!
We worked with the Timesact devs to make a some code adjustments to fit our unique setup — they went way above and beyond to ensure we got it working for our launch date. Highly recommended.

Great experience. Jonathan was very patient and clear with each process step we went through. Although I had played with the app a bit prior to our meeting, I was really glad I went through the process made using the app so much easier.
