I can't imagine better onboarding experience. We started from the call with two people from the app team. They addressed all questions ahead and now I know what I'm doing. I wish all apps have support like this one. Thank you guys!!!

I run my business based around pre-sales, and this is the perfect app. It's simple to set up and use, it works perfectly, it's priced fairly, and it has all the features I'm looking for. However what really made this app amazing is the customer service. Andrei has been nothing short of amazing. I've had multiple times where I've reached out to him with questions and he has gone above and beyond, answered very promptly.

Really clean & seamless platform and great onboarding process. This app is going to make our pre-order process much simpler and traceable. Definitely recommend :)
I had the onboarding session with Leslie, it was great. She well explained and all clear. Easy to use.
the Only note I can suggest is to be able to see the number of pre order per items/sise- easy way to place a back order without missing an order.
I took a chance and installed this app and oh boy I'm glad i did. Three additional pre-order sales with no issues. There's lots of apps that should give you pause but this isn't one of them!

The app works great, especially after the onboarding call with the team. Great customer service! We will use it again.
This app made it very easy to set up pre-ordering on my website. It has all the features I wanted including discounts and pre-order badges on products and collection pages. I had a few issues/questions and the developer was able to help me right away. The pricing structure was also good and affordable for my small business.
