I have not launched my website yet, but I added this app for handling pre-orders and back in stock notifications and I booked the complimentary call with Timesact to walk me through their features. June was wonderful at showing me around the back end and helping me learn what the app can do for my business and where everything is. I had a great onboarding call and highly recommend anyone who wants to use this app to sign up for the call. Without it I would have been lost!

I just started my own ecom business in Germany and needed to set up a Pre-Order quickly. The support was so nice and helpful. Jolo guided me through the process and we set up everything for tomorrow! I am actually a bit impressed by how good the support for this app is and I can just recommend it. Especially to newcomers on shopify, like me.

The setup of this app is easy and provides all of the options that are necessary to have items up for pre-order. Support is knowledgeable and quick to respond.

I have just recently started using Timesact and so far the app has been great, but the tech support alone has been worth the price.

I have worked with 3 different people now, and all of them were incredibly helpful and surprisingly quick to respond.

I don't remember everyone's name, but Princess helped the out the most recently and most of my issues were resolved immediately, and the problems that needed more time were fixed within a couple of hours, where other services I have used would take days.

So far so great! I will update again once I have had more time using Timesact!

Timesact has been great and their customer service is like no other - they are on it!

I've tried 6+ different ones and finally found timesact version. I was having issues with the install (left over code from the other apps) but Andrei pleasently took care of the issue within a few hours. Thank you so much!
