The app is very easy to set up, even though it has a lot of options. The support is responsive and super helpful, you won't be left alone!

The app works great. We needed some support initially to get it up and running and the help is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We tried other similar apps in the past from competing developers. Some worked but are extremely overpriced. And other apps from other developers would not install on our app at all. This on the other-hand can get up and running and they will help you modify so it works on your theme. It's a great app that's very customizable and you get great support! It's already helping to bring in sales and clarify on pre-ordered items so we don't lose sales. Thank you guys!
We are really loving this app so far! As a small business focused on sustainability and quality, we make everything in small batches. We do have a production schedule, so we know what items will be completed soon. Timesact has allowed us to offer the Pre-order option to our community, so they can see the expected shipping date and order confidently, rather than waiting and wondering whether the item might be available, and when!
The support is top notch-- Jolo helped me during my setup call, and he was very nice and helpful, adjusting the code in Timesact so that the buttons would look right. I had a question about applying a Shopify discount a few days later, and the customer service was so helpful-- I even got an email from the CTO which I thought was a very impressive level of care.
My only feedback is that the text the app puts on the site is not automatically translated by Shopify's translate & Adapt, and they don't currently have a multilingual option. Its not a big deal, I just put the preorder message in both English & French, but something to be aware of so you know what to expect!
Overall thrilled with the app and the support, and would recommend!
