They go beyond and then some in customer service. Set up was user friendly. Don't be afraid of using this tool for your business. Think of it like having another person on your staff. I'm so glad I have them on my team.

Using this app for a second round of pre-orders. It is by far way easier to use than any of the other apps I have tried. I was also experiencing some issues and the customer support was SO QUICK and helpful. I 100% would recommend this app :)

This app is fantastic. I've been using it for Pre-Order. The team was really helpful in helping integrate it into my theme. They were fast and incredibly responsive. I also love the pay as you go option. It's easily customizable and the support is great. Highly recommend and am super happy with it so far.

Great experience so far - They offer a Free Setup call and walk you through everything. App has all the functions I was looking for regarding dynamic text which shows on the product page, notification email reinstating that it's a pre-order and more. I'd recommend.
